Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Feedbex (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Feedbex is a business communication tool that helps businesses manage customer interactions across Google Business Profile and Instagram. The Service provides:
- Google Business Profile: AI-generated reply suggestions for customer reviews. No reply is posted without explicit approval from the business owner.
- Instagram: Automated responses to routine customer messages via the Instagram Messaging API. Messages that require human attention are forwarded to the business owner.
Authorization
- The Service is used only for businesses that explicitly grant permission via Google OAuth or Instagram Login.
- You are responsible for ensuring your accounts meet the requirements of the respective platforms (Google Business Profile, Instagram Business or Creator account).
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or Instagram account settings.
API Usage
Feedbex integrates with Google Business Profile and Instagram via their official APIs. Data access is based solely on permissions explicitly granted by the user. The Service does not access, store, or process any data beyond what the user has authorized. Use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Service complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
Data Use
- Feedbex accesses only the minimum data required to provide the Service.
- For Instagram: account ID, username, and incoming messages.
- For Google Business Profile: account ID, business information, and customer reviews.
- Data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for unauthorized profiling.
Automated Replies and Review Suggestions
For Instagram, Feedbex sends automated replies on behalf of the business based on the business information provided. The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of the information used to generate replies. Complex or sensitive messages are forwarded to the business owner rather than answered automatically.
For Google Business Profile, Feedbex generates suggested replies for owner review. No reply is posted to Google without explicit approval from the business owner.
AI-Generated Content
Feedbex uses AI services to generate reply suggestions and automated responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. The business owner is responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published, where applicable. Feedbex is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated suggestions or automated replies.
User Responsibility
The business using Feedbex is solely responsible for all content published on their behalf, including replies to Google reviews and Instagram messages. Feedbex provides automation tools and AI suggestions — the business owner retains full responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of all published content.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Feedbex is not responsible for business outcomes or decisions made based on automated replies or AI-generated suggestions.
