Privacy Policy
Feedbex ("we", "our", or "the Service") is a business communication automation tool designed to help businesses respond to customer messages and reviews on platforms such as Instagram and Google Business Profile.
Information We Access
After explicit authorization by the business owner via Instagram Login, Feedbex may access:
- Instagram Business Account ID and basic profile information
- Messages sent to the business via Instagram Direct Messages
Google Business Profile
After explicit authorization by the business owner via Google OAuth, Feedbex may access:
- Google Business Profile account ID and basic business information
- Customer reviews, including review text, star rating, reviewer name, and timestamps
We only access the minimum data required to provide the service and only within the permissions explicitly granted by the user.
How We Use Information
- Generate automated replies to customer messages on Instagram
- Generate suggested replies to Google reviews for owner review and approval
- Help businesses manage customer communication efficiently
Feedbex sends Instagram replies only as configured by the business. If a message requires human attention, it is forwarded to the business owner.
No reply is posted to Google Business Profile without explicit approval from the business owner.
Use of AI Services
Feedbex may use third-party AI services to generate reply suggestions. Data processed by these services is used solely to provide the requested functionality and is not used to train AI models.
Data Sharing
Feedbex does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data is only shared with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the service (such as infrastructure or AI providers), and only for the purpose of providing the service.
Limited Use
Feedbex complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained via Google APIs is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service requested by the user.
Data Storage and Security
We store only necessary data such as access tokens and message logs required for system operation. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. If access is revoked, related data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
User Control
Businesses can revoke access at any time:
- Instagram: through Instagram settings → Apps and Websites
- Google: through Google Account settings → Security → Third-party apps with account access
Once access is revoked, Feedbex will stop accessing any new data.
Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their data at any time:
- By removing the app from their Instagram account
- By revoking Google access through Google Account settings
- By sending a request to: office@feedbex.ai
Upon request, all associated data (including access tokens and stored messages) will be permanently deleted.
Compliance
Feedbex complies with Meta Platform Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy and only accesses data within the permissions granted by the user.
