How It Works
Secure connections via Google and Instagram OAuth. Access is granted only with explicit user permission.
Review replies are generated as suggestions and can be approved or automated based on business preferences.
Connect Instagram
Feedbex lets a restaurant connect an Instagram Business account with Instagram Login, then uses the Instagram Messaging API to receive customer DMs and send automated replies based on information the business provides (for example hours, menu, and location).
Messages that need a human response are forwarded to the business owner instead of being answered automatically. Access can be revoked anytime in Instagram settings.
What we access
- Instagram Business account ID and basic profile information, after you authorize the app.
- Direct messages sent to your business on Instagram, to generate and send replies.
